Observe Psychology is a psychology practice grounded in the mindfulness-based practice of learning to observe our thoughts, emotions, and sensations with openness and curiosity. Inspired by the belief that awareness is the first step toward change, our name reflects the core therapeutic goal: to help individuals notice their inner experience without judgment—so that it holds less power over them, and they can move forward with greater psychological flexibility.
We believe that meaningful change begins with awareness. Grounded in the principles of mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), our work supports clients in connecting more deeply with themselves, their values, and what truly matters.
We offer a range of services to adults and adolescents to meet the diverse needs of our clients, including individual therapy and group therapy. We provide both in-person sessions at our welcoming practice space, and online therapy for those who prefer the flexibility of accessing support from home. Our services are grounded in compassion, collaboration, and care.
